Client

Deed is a social company that specializes in fostering employee engagement and promoting DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging) through a social impact platform. This platform is used for managing corporate giving programs and engaging employees in their communities to foster social impact.

As a headlining brand in the thriving CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) industry, Deed found itself faced with a unique challenge – developing a Slack integration for their platform to enhance communication and engagement among its users.

The Challenge

As an early-stage startup, the client lacked the internal resources to prioritize the development of a Slack integration feature. The challenge was to find a partner with the relevant expertise and experience to deliver a high-quality solution without requiring extensive internal knowledge.
