Client is a renowned global player providing legal, tax, audit, management, and IT consulting services. They have a wide client base spread across around 50 countries served by over 5500 employees from 100+ offices.
Client stands, not as a collection of disparate services, but as an integrated network of professionals working together across service lines to achieve client goals. They’re dedicated to comprehensively supporting businesses worldwide, particularly those strongly present among family businesses.
The Challenge
The existing process of booking cost and purchase invoices lacked efficiency, creating bottlenecks in workflow management. The company needed an innovative platform that would speed up and optimize this critical process.
Execution
We developed an AI invoice analysis prototype, Corporate Innovation Pilot, that optimized the workflow of booking cost and purchase invoices. Facilitation of numerous iterations of UX workshops and usability tests was also added to our roster, leading to the creation of an AI Model and web platform that effectively served it.
The AI model was developed to speed up and significantly increase the efficiency of invoice analysis. UX workshops and usability tests were conducted to ensure the creation of a user-friendly platform that would enable the smooth adoption of the new system by the Client’s team.
